Be Not Afraid

Did You Know that Today is the Last Day of Lymphoma Awareness Month?

It is!  (As well as Leukemia awareness month.)

Cute baby, John Paul

Cancer, Baby, Mom, Lymphoma

Please take a moment to say a prayer for those fighting lymphoma and leukemia, as well as those who have died from these diseases.  Also pray for the families of those affected by these diseases, and those who help treat and care for people with lymphoma and leukemia.  And especially remember those who have been newly diagnosed, as those first few weeks are so emotionally difficult, on both the patient and their family.

And, if you’re looking for something else to do for people fighting lymphoma and leukemia, consider donating blood.  The gift of blood is priceless.  You can donate blood through the American Red Cross.  Or, you can donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a wonderful organization that helps fund important research to better fight blood cancers.

Thank you again for all of your support during my journey with cancer.  I’m praying in thanksgiving for all of you, especially today!

You and your son are such beautiful children of God … HE loves us and cradles us in his arms, wipes away our fears and our tears.

I had the privledge of attending the Women of Faith conference in Milwaukee this past weekend and learned about how other women (guest speakers) dealt with their fears (we all have them). And God filled me up to the top with his love.

My prayer is that God continues to bless you and your beautiful family … Donny and I pray for you every day and I know HE hears us.

Love to you and your family and may God’s blessings continue to come your way.

    • How wonderful it is to hear from you, Diane and Donny!

I love what you said, that God “loves us and cradles us in his arms, wipes away our fears and our tears.” How beautiful and how wonderfully, blessedly true!

Thank you so much for your continued prayers-it means more to me than I can ever express. And I am so thankful that you were filled with God’s love on your conference-what a blessing! Thank you for sharing His love with me.

      Love to you as well!
